Any legal questions or concerns must be submitted through our standard request form. The Company is not responsible for communications sent through any other channel.

If you are writing with respect to legal issues around a particular petition, please note that Change.org will only remove a petition if the petition is, on its face, in violation of the Company's Terms of Service.

Please be advised that Change.org is a passive intermediary; we are a provider of interactive computer services, but we are neither the publisher, speaker nor information content provider of any of the petitions on our site. Accordingly, Change.org is absolved of liability pursuant to Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act.

For more information, see here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Section_230_of_the_Communications_Dece...

If you would like to have a particular petition removed, we suggest you directly contact the creator of that petition. The creator can be reached in the following manner: (i) On the petition, look for the words "Created by". Immediately below such words, there should be a hyperlink to the creator of the campaign - please click on the hyperlink; (ii) The next page will contain the profile for the petition creator. To contact the creator, please click on the box which says "Send Message". Let us know should you have any difficulties contacting the creator of the petition.
