Why did you remove my petition?
As a open platform, we encourage people of all points of view to start a petition, and make the change they'd like to see in the world. We do, however, hold all of our petitions responsible for meeting our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines so we can keep our users safe.
If your petition was removed, it is because it violated either our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. This might have been flagged by our team, or by users using our content reporting tool.
When a petition is flagged for review, our team carefully assess whether it violates our rules and regulations. If it does, it will be removed. If it does not, it will remain up.
If you feel that your petition was removed despite meeting our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines, please reply to the email that informed you of the removal. That way, you can communicate with our Trust & Safety team to better understand what you can do to continue to have your petition hosted on our site.
