3. Provide required information: Both parties must confirm the following details in their support requests:

   • Case ID or reference to the transfer request

   • The petition URL

   • The email address currently linked to the petition

   • The email address to which the petition should be transferred

4. Wait for confirmation: Once Change.org support receives confirmation from both the current owner and the new account holder, they will process the transfer and notify all parties when it is complete.
